摘要 (英语) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the terminal of a grounding conductor easily connectable to a soaking layer even after a planar heating element is incorporated in an electric floor heating panel and, in addition, to eliminate the possibility of the soaking layer being broken at the time of manufacturing the panel so that thin metal foil may be user as the soaking layer. SOLUTION: The electric floor heating panel is provided with an upper wood layer 2, a lower wood layer 3, and the conductive soaking layer 4 interposed between the wood layers 2 and 3. The planar heating element 5 is arranged on the bottom of a first recessed section 31 formed with its peripheral edge section being left on the lower surface of the lower wood layer 3, and a heat insulating layer 6 is provided on the bottom side of the heating element 5. The soaking layer 4 has such a size that corresponds to at least the first recessed section 31. The terminal 71 of the grounding conductor 7 arranged in a second recessed section 32 formed in the peripheral edge section of the lower surface of the lower wood layer 3 is connected to the soaking layer 4 through a conductive implanted member 8 made to pass through the wood layer 3. 摘要 - DWPI The panel (1) has an evenly heated layer (4) set between an upper wood layer (2) and a lower wood layer (3) under which a planar heating element (5) is set in a recess with a heat insulation layer (6). An electroconductive pin (8) is penetrated to the lower wood layer to connect the terminal of an earth wire (7) connected with the heating element to the evenly heated layer. The evenly heated layer is formed with an electroconductive material. The recess which accommodates the heating element is formed in the undersurface center section of the lower wood layer leaving a margin along the periphery. The earth wire is set in another recess formed along the periphery in the undersurface of the lower wood layer. For performing floor heating by electrical power. The terminal of an earth wire integrated with a planar heating element fixed in a recess under a lower wood layer can be easily connected with an evenly heated layer fixed between the upper and lower wood layers through an electroconductive pin which is penetrated into the lower wood layer. The possibility of breaking a metallic foil which forms the evenly heated layer can be eliminated. The thickness of the metallic foil can be made as small as possible during the panel manufacture. The workability can be improved by eliminating a complicated assembly operation.
