摘要 (英语) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize variations in the temperature of the surface of a floor material with the possibility of generating with the lapse of time, by having woody fiberboard at the upper part from at least a soaking plate of a woody base material, and by binding and laminating the woody fiberboard and the soaking plate through thin layers such as paper or a non-woven fabric. SOLUTION: A binder layer 51 is applied and formed on the surface of a rear face side base material 10b, which is cross plywood, and aluminum foil 30 is laminated to the binder layer 51. Tissue paper 31 is laminated to the aluminum foil 30, and the binder layer 52 is applied and formed on the tissue paper 31. On top of that, a surface side base material 10a, which is MDF, is laminated, and a surface decorating material 11, in which a pseudo groove is formed, is laminated on the surface side base material 10a. The surface side base material 10a, which is woody fiberboard (MDF), and a soaking plate, which is the aluminum foil 30, are bound and laminated through the tissue paper 31, and they do not make direct contact with each other. Therefore, the occurrence of corrosion of the soaking plate caused by the binder that is used for the woody fiberboard is greatly decreased. 摘要 - DWPI Flooring (A) is a laminated structure consisting of wooden fiber boards (10a,10b) bound with the evenly-heated board (30) made of aluminum foil and thin layers (31) made of paper or non-woven fabric by adhesive layers (51,52). The grooves (12) for accommodating pipes for warm water or electric heater are formed at the backside of wooden base material (10b). Flooring for heating floor which heats the floor surface with warm water or electric heater. Aluminum foil interposed between wooden fiber boards is not made to generate corrosion. The flooring lasts for a long period and temperature non-uniformity is prevented from generating on the floor surface.
