摘要 (英语) PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the set number of a temperature excessive rise preventing device without causing peeling of a soaking layer, deformation of a panel base member and the like. SOLUTION: This panel comprises a panel base member 11 consisting of a woody plate such as 5-ply plywood or the like, a wire heater 13 which is wired on the reverse side of the panel base member 11, a soaking layer 14 which is arranged in contact with the wire heater 13 and has an excellent thermal conductivity, a backing plate 15 consisting such as of plywood or the like, and a temperature excessive rise preventing device 16 for forcibly disconnecting electrical connection between the wire heater 13 and a power source when the temperature of the contacted portion of the soaking layer 14 exceeds a given temperature. the soaking layer 14 consists of a first metal sheet made of a 50 μm-thick aluminum foil covering the entire reverse side of the panel base member 11 and a second metal sheet made of a 300 μm-thick aluminum foil which is stuck to the lower surface of the first metal sheet so as to cover it partially. The soaking layer 14 is bonded to the panel base member 11 and the backing plate 15 at a portion of the first metal sheet. 摘要 - DWPI The panel (1) has a wooden bone material (11) provided with several line heaters (13) at specific intervals. An evenly heated layer (14) formed with upper and lower metal sheets, is stuck to bottom face of panel base material. A fault temperature rise prevention device (16) is provided to cut off electric connection with line heater when the temperature of evenly heated layer exceeds predetermined limit. For floor heating. Panel base material is prevented from any distortion by fixing with upper metallic sheet of evenly heated layer. Number of portions like fault temperature rise prevention device are reduced and hence economical. The abnormal temperature rise is more reliably detected by the prevention device.
