摘要 (英语) The invention claims a self-heating floor and a manufacturing method thereof. The floor comprises a substrate, a surface layer, and a conductive heating sheet arranged between the substrate and the surface layer. The conductive heating sheet comprises a glass fibre epoxy resin base layer, a conductive heating layer arranged on the upper surface of the glass fibre epoxy resin base layer, an upper inflaming retarding protection layer covering the upper surface of the glass fibre epoxy resin base layer and cladding the conductive heating layer, and a lower inflaming retarding protection layer covering the lower surface of the glass fibre epoxy resin base layer. The upper inflaming retarding protection layer is bonded on the lower surface of the surface layer. The lower inflaming retarding protection layer is bonded on the upper surface of the substrate. The invention can prevent combustion when the conductive heating sheet is heated to higher temperature by providing the inflaming retarding protection layer and ensures the security of the floor. The upper inflaming retarding protection layer and the lower inflaming retarding protection layer are selected from the glass fibre cloth infused with epoxy resin. The manufacturing method of the self-heating floor comprises the following step: bonding the upper inflaming retarding protection layer and the lower inflaming retarding protection layer on the glass fibre epoxy resin base layer in a vacuum condition of 0.09MPa and 1-20MPa condition, which can prevent the glass fibre epoxy resin base layer from foaming.

A conductive heating layer is arranged on an upper surface of the base layer, and a lower inflaming retarding protection layer covers a lower surface of the base layer. An upper inflaming retarding protection layer is bonded on a lower surface of the surface layer. The lower inflaming retarding protection layer is bonded on an upper surface of the substrate whose lower surface is equipped with a far infrared emission cloth. The upper inflaming retarding protection layer or the lower inflaming retarding protection layer is made of glass fiber cloth infused with epoxy resin. The conductive heating layer is made of carbon electric heating ink printed on the base layer. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a self-heating floor. Self-heating floor. The floor can prevent combustion when the conductive heating sheet is heated at higher temperature by providing the inflaming retarding protection layer. The security of the floor can be ensured. The method bonds the upper inflaming retarding protection layer and the lower inflaming retarding protection layer on the glass fiber epoxy resin base layer in a vacuum condition of 0.09MPa and 1-20MPa condition, which can prevent the glass fiber epoxy resin base layer from foaming.
