摘要 (英语) The invention claims a far infrared ray heat energy wood floor. The carbon crystal electro-thermal material sheets thereof are attached to a second surface of the panel plate of the wood floor and a third surface of the base plate of the wood floor. Preferably, the panel plate of the wood floor is broad leaf board with an air-dry density of 0.5-0.7g/cm3, a thickness of 2-4 mm and a water content of 6-8 percent; the carbon crystal electro-thermal material sheet has a thickness of 0.2-0.5 mm; the base plate of the wood floor is a needle board with an air-dry density of 0.3-0.6g/cm3, a thickness of 13-16 mm and a water content of 6-8 percent; wood plates with even-numbered layers are sequentially attached and interlaced in a cross way, and an air diversion trench is arranged on the fourth surface of the base plate of the wood floor. The invention further claims a manufacturing method and a paving method. The invention is characterized by smart design, safety, environment protection, energy conservation and automatic temperature regulation; the invention breaks through the natural function of wood floors, combines the far infrared ray heat energy heating body with the wood floor organically and has great breakthroughs on the service life, energy conservation, safety, environment protection, health, physical therapy, and the like of the geothermal heating materials, thereby being a revolution of the international wood floor industry.
摘要 - DWPI The floor has a surface plate provided with a surface and another surface placed opposite to the former surface. A base plate is provided a third surface and a fourth surface placed opposite to the third surface. A carbon crystal electro-thermal material sheet is located between a panel plate i.e. broad leaf board, and the base plate, and is attached to the latter and third surfaces. Thickness of the panel plate is 2 to 4 mm, and thickness of the carbon crystal electro-thermal material sheet is 0.2 to 0.5 mm. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following:a method for manufacturing a far infrared heat energy wood floora paving method for a far infrared heat energy wood floor. Far infrared heat energy wood floor for use in an industry. The floor is smart in design, safe, better in environment protection, better in energy conservation and automatic in temperature regulation. The floor combines with the far infrared ray heat energy heating body, and is better in service life. The drawing shows an exploded perspective view of a far infrared heat energy wood floor.
