摘要 (英语) The invention claims a composite floor with functions of accumulating heat and slowly releasing heat, provided with a heat insulating bottom plate and a bamboo floor surface; a wood beam is respectively arranged on both sides of the module between the heat insulating bottom plate and the bamboo floor surface; the wood beam is provided with a connecting structure for connecting the adjacent module; both ends of the module are respectively provided with an end plate between the heat insulating bottom plate and the bamboo floor surface; a through round bamboo tube is installed between the heat insulating bottom plate and the bamboo floor surface; both ends of the round bamboo tube are respectively arranged in corresponding round holes on two end plates; and phase-changing heat accumulating material is filled between the heat insulating bottom plate and the bamboo floor surface. This invention can use the hot air generated by the solar energy to heat the indoor part in balanced mode; this technology is clean, environmentally friendly, energy saving and coal-free; it has little heat loss and high heat efficiency; the modular design is beneficial to standardization, storage, transportation, installation and use; and this invention can also has simple manufacturing technology, and low construction investment, and can take advantage of the bamboo.
摘要 - DWPI The floor has a wood beam (3) provided with a connecting structure that is formed with a tenon (7) and a tenon groove. Two end plates (4) are fixed between a heat insulating bottom plate (1) and a bamboo floor surface (2), where the end plates are bamboo-rubber composite plates, wood plates or wood-rubber composite plates. A round bamboo tube (5) is fixed between the bottom plate and the floor surface. Ends of the bamboo tube are fixed in round holes on the end plates, respectively. Phase-changing heat accumulating material (6) is filled between the bottom plate and the floor surface. The bottom plate is made of two bamboo-rubber composite plate layers or wood-rubber composite plate layers and a heat insulating material layer between the two layers of bamboo-rubber composite plates or wood-rubber composite plates. The heat insulating material layer is made of asbestos. Composite floor. The floor has functions of accumulating heat and slowly releasing heat. The floor can use hot air generated by solar energy to heat an indoor part in balanced mode, and is clean, environmentally friendly, energy saving and coal-free. The floor reduces heat loss, and has high heat efficiency. The design of the floor is convenient to store, transport, install and use. The floor adopts simple manufacturing technique, and reduces construction investment. The floor can take advantage of bamboo.
