Heat conduction layers are uniformly arranged on an enclosed groove part and an upper part of the extruded sheet thermal-protective coating layer. A heating cable is laid in the enclosed grooves. An upper part of the heat conduction layer is laid with a heat conduction floor equipped in a wear-resisting face layer. The heating cable is connected with a power source. The extruded sheet thermal-protective coating layer is formed as one of phenolic aldehyde foam layer, polyphenyl foam layer or polyurethane foaming plastic layer. The structure can automatically set the required room temperature during night time.
