摘要 (英语) A kind of dry floorboard collecting heat via hot water heating floor, belonging to the floor radiation heating technology field. The heating floor includes ground decorative layer, the upper metallic heat-conductive film, a heating pipe, a lower metallic heat-conductive film, an insulating layer, a wooden keel and floor (or ground). Heat pipe laying pipe groove with heat preservation material, the heat pipe are respectively provided with extending to four sides of the metallic heat-conductive film and expands the heat pipe heating surface, so that the floor surface temperature, and downward heat loss is reduced. Between keel without hollow volume, the structure is compact, improves the thermal mechanical performance. Heating calibre calibre is smaller than the normal wet floor heating is larger than integrated dry floor heating pipe, reduces the structure layer and the floor load, low requirement to the water quality is improved, the system resistance is small, reducing the circular water pump energy consumption. Floor structure can be prefabricated, partly prefabricated or assembled on site, simple construction, convenient maintenance, is not only suitable for new building and also suitable for the building.
摘要 - DWPI The floor has a ground decorative layer (1) and tube groove that is provided in a heat-preserving layer (5) according to tube distance. A metal heat-conducting membranes comprise upper metal heat-conducting membrane (3) e.g. aluminum foil, and lower metal heat-conducting membrane (4) e.g. tin coil, that is provided close to the heat-preserving layer and upper surfaces of the groove. A heating tube (2) is embedded on the membrane (4) in the groove of the heat-preserving layer. The membrane (3) is paved on the heating tube and closely contacts the membrane (4) and wooden keel (6). Dry type hot water heating floor for use in building. The metal heat-conducting membranes equalize temperature of floor surface and reduce downward heat loss, thus improving heat power mechanics. The floor structure is simple for construction and convenient to maintain. The heating tube is made from cross linked aluminum-plastic laminated tube, polybutene tube, cross linked polyethylene tube, polypropylene random copolymer tube or heat-resistant strengthened polyethylene tube.
